Refund Policy

ROZZAQCLOUD (Using Midtrans Payment Gateway)

At ROZZAQCLOUD, we aim to deliver the best hosting services. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the initial purchase.
  • Refunds are only valid for first-time purchases (not for renewals or top-ups).
  • Refunds are only available for payment methods supported by Midtrans (Credit Card, GoPay, ShopeePay, QRIS, Akulaku, Kredivo).
  • If the service has been activated and used, refunds may only be considered if there is a technical fault on our side.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in these cases:

  • The service is already active and used (e.g., domain registered, hosting resources consumed).
  • Payment was made through a method not supported for refunds by Midtrans (e.g., Virtual Account, retail store payments).
  • Refund requests made after 3 days of purchase.
  • Issues caused by customer error (wrong purchase, misconfiguration, violation of Terms of Service).

3. Refund Process

If your request meets the criteria:

  1. Contact us at administrator@rozzaqcloud.com with:
    • Order ID / Transaction ID (from Midtrans)
    • Reason for refund
    • Supporting evidence (if applicable, e.g. service error)
  2. Our team will review within 3–5 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed via Midtrans back to the original payment method.
  4. Estimated time for refund completion:
    • Credit Card: 7–14 working days (up to 45 days for cross-border).
    • GoPay, ShopeePay, Akulaku, Kredivo, QRIS: 1–20 working days depending on the provider.

4. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted for unused services, subject to approval.
  • Any transaction fees charged by Midtrans or banks will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Force Majeure & Technical Issues

  • If the service is unusable due to RozzaqCloud server errors or prolonged downtime, we will issue a full refund or service credit.
  • Midtrans payment issues (e.g., double charge, failed settlement) must be reported immediately for investigation.
