Terms and Conditions

ROZZAQCLOUD Premium Hosting Solutions

By using ROZZAQCLOUD's hosting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (T&C). Please read them carefully before purchasing or using our services.

1. General Terms

  • ROZZAQCLOUD provides web hosting, cloud servers, domains, and related services.
  • The customer ("User") must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use our services.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account (login credentials, API keys, etc.).
  • ROZZAQCLOUD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time with prior notice (except in emergencies).

2. Service Usage & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users must not:

  • Host illegal content (malware, phishing, pirated software, etc.).
  • Conduct spamming, DDoS attacks, or brute-force attacks.
  • Overload server resources (excessive CPU/RAM usage without permission).
  • Violate copyright laws (unauthorized distribution of licensed content).
  • Use our services for cryptocurrency mining (unless explicitly allowed).
  • Share or resell hosting without prior authorization.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

3. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made via IPayMu or other approved gateways.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy (if eligible).
  • Late payments may result in service suspension until resolved.
  • Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will lead to permanent account termination and legal action if necessary.
  • Prices may change, but existing subscriptions will retain their original pricing until renewal.

4. Data & Backups

  • Users are responsible for their own backups. RozzaqCloud is not liable for data loss.
  • Regular server backups are performed, but no guarantee is provided for data recovery.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

  • We guarantee 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance or force majeure events).
  • If uptime falls below 99%, users may request service credits (subject to review).

6. Termination & Suspension

ROZZAQCLOUD may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Non-payment (after a grace period).
  • Violations of T&C or AUP.
  • Fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
  • Legal/regulatory requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

ROZZAQCLOUD is not responsible for:

  • Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.).
  • Third-party service failures (e.g., domain registrars, CDNs).
  • Acts beyond our control (natural disasters, wars, ISP outages).

8. Changes to Terms

ROZZAQCLOUD may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These terms are governed by Indonesian law.
  • Disputes will first be resolved via negotiation, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts.
